Initial Confirmation Email Method

To reschedule appointments:

  1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking.
  2. Click Reschedule.
  3. Choose a new date and time.
  4. Click Reschedule.
  5. You’ll advance to a confirmation page and receive an email with the details of your updated appointment.

To cancel appointments:

  1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking.
  2. Click Cancel.
  3. Click Yes, cancel appointment.
  4. You’ll advance to the Client Scheduling Page with a message confirming the cancellation and you’ll receive a cancellation email to confirm.

Here we are, more than halfway through the cut.  In less than two weeks since the launch of our membership program, we’ve filled more than half of our membership slots.

For early applicants who wish to complete their enrollment:

To refresh, VIP members get:

  • Unlimited cuts
  • Have access to online booking 24/7 
  • Can book their appointments 30 days in advance. 

Non-members will only be able to book online 24 hours in advance and during business hours.  

The cost for a single person membership is $95 a month and a Family membership for $125 a month. Family membership allows for 1 adult and 2 children up to 14 yrs of age.

VIP Membership Launch

November 1 is here and we’re excited to officially launch our VIP Membership Program.

As we continue to work through kinks, and upgrades, we appreciate your patience and look forward to servicing you in the best way possible. 

To refresh the VIP Membership program will include:

  • Unlimited cuts and shaves
  • Preference Booking ( 24/7 access, 30 days in advance )
  • Limited amount of members

A few changes we’ve determined will be best for our clients and scheduling:

  • All time slots are now 30 minutes
  • Membership limit moved from 200 to 150 total members

Non-members will still have access to online booking but only 24 hours in advance. Non-members can book their appointments here.

Also, starting November 14th, we will be adding a new staff member to support Non-members.

As a reminder on November 1 we will be raising our prices. Men’s haircuts will become $50, Boys $40, and a full shave will be back as a service for $50.

VIP Membership Program Announcement

To all of our valued customers:

We understand that to fully accommodate our clients’ needs our business has to adapt and plan for the future.  With an increasing demand for our services, appointment availability becomes limited. To remedy this we have created our Exclusive VIP Membership Program which we will be fully moved over to on November 1.

Our Exclusive VIP Membership includes unlimited cuts and shaves, preference booking, and will be limited to 200 members. Non members will still be able to book appointments online but only during business hours and 24 hours in advance.  VIP members will be able to book their appointments 24/7 and up to 30 days in advance.

Vagaro will no longer be used and booking will take place on our website at https://www.christopherroycehairstudios.com

In addition to the launch of our VIP program, on November 1 we will be increasing our prices to meet today’s increasing costs of doing business.

Men’s haircuts will become $50, Boys $40, and a full shave will be back as a service for $50.

Regular appointments will be extended to 40 minutes so we can give the best service possible.
