Initial Confirmation Email Method
To reschedule appointments:
- Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking.
- Click Reschedule.
- Choose a new date and time.
- Click Reschedule.
- You’ll advance to a confirmation page and receive an email with the details of your updated appointment.
To cancel appointments:
- Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking.
- Click Cancel.
- Click Yes, cancel appointment.
- You’ll advance to the Client Scheduling Page with a message confirming the cancellation and you’ll receive a cancellation email to confirm.
VIP Members
VIP Members can also access their appointments via the Member Portal
