Intro to the Member Portal

Logging in will bring you directly to the Member Portal page.

On the Member Portal Page you can access:
– VIP Booking with Chris
– Billing Portal
– Invoice & Transaction History
– News & Support Articles

You can also access the Member Portal page by clicking the main navigation and the link where it says Hi, (YOURNAME) after you’ve logged in.

Rescheduling & Cancelling Appointments

To reschedule appointments:

  1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking.
  2. Click Reschedule.
  3. Choose a new date and time.
  4. Click Reschedule.
  5. You’ll advance to a confirmation page and receive an email with the details of your updated appointment.

To cancel appointments:

  1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking.
  2. Click Cancel.
  3. Click Yes, cancel appointment.
  4. You’ll advance to the Client Scheduling Page with a message confirming the cancellation and you’ll receive a cancellation email to confirm.
